30. Get Down to 150 Pounds Again

I have not been 150 pounds since I started college and, for some unknown reason, I thought I was a cow! I began 2016 clocked in at 217 pounds, the highest recorded weight I’ve ever been. I slowly lost 10 by July and then in August I attacked it hard and lost 20 pounds in 3 months using the FitGirlsGuide Program. I love this program and will talk about it all day and suggest it to anyone trying to lose weight. I’m now just under 190 and have a goal to lose another 40 by the time I’m 30. At first I would have thought this a huge goal even for 2 and a half years, but the past few months have taught me that just making everyday changes will bring much grander and more satisfying results than anything else I’ve tried in the past. I would like to be a strong, healthy, and happy 150 pounds by the time I’m 30.
