17. Have a Regular Exercise Routine

Over the course of 2016 I have worked really hard and lost 30 pounds. I still struggle with making exercise part of my routine and especially making it something that I NEED to do. It still takes a whole lot of convincing to get myself to the gym. By my 30th birthday I want this to be something that is non-negotiable, something that I don’t even have to think about, I just do it.
